I’m Sorry

When I look at them and see their faces I don’t know what to say,
Except that I am sorry in every possible way.
I’m sorry you have to go through this you really don’t deserve it,
You love her so much one simple mistake, Ollie had a fit.
I’m sorry you had to witness the fought that brought your daughter down,
As far as I’m concerned you’re #1 parents and you deserve a crown.
I have never seen parents that loved so much and cared,
We all know you had to be so scared.
So scared that you might lose your child that was so young,
So scared that your battle would be fought and that it would not be won,
We all hoped for the best and got the worst,
Sometimes I’m sure you feel like you’re going to burst.
Everything happens for a reason even though we question it yes, no, maybe,
But now one thing’s for sure we have Addison, Our Angel Baby.

Our Angel Baby

The times we spent are bittersweet
and when we think of them we smile and weep.
When you walked on your toes and people stopped to stare
and couldnt believe what they were seeing there.
When we got off the plane and looked back
everyone was smiling and waving and loved you there.
You always had plenty of hugs and kisses to spare
when you hugged our legs to be picked up
our hearts just melted we loved you so much.
Your smiling face pressed up against the glass
always always made us laugh.
We loved you then.
We love you now
and dont know how we will go on without you.
All who have had the joy of knowing you were blessed
we thank GOD for loaning you to us for this short time.
Unto a broken heart no other one may go
unless itself has suffered so.
We will always love and miss you
our angel baby, our ballerina, our Addy!
